Who we are
This site is run by OperaScale, the trade name of MATEOS E MANZONI DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE CUSTOMIZAVEL LTDA. We are the controller of the personal data processed here, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).
What data we process
Contact form: name, company, email and the message you write.
Language preference: a cookie (os_lang) stores the language you chose, for up to one year.
Technical data: the site's hosting receives your IP address and country, to serve the page in the right language and keep it secure.
WhatsApp: if you talk to us on WhatsApp, we process your number, profile name and the content of the messages.
Why we use it
To answer your message, talk about our services, deliver contracted services and keep the site secure. The legal bases are your contact request, the performance of contracts and our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that make the site and communication work: Vercel (hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Meta (WhatsApp Business). We do not sell personal data.
Data we process for clients
When we provide services to a client company, we process personal data on its behalf, following its instructions and the contract signed with each client.
How long we keep it
For as long as each purpose requires, or for the period the law requires.
Your rights
